- Welcome to Volume No 9 Number 1 of the Journal of Interdisciplinary Gender Studies. Just as the study of gender itself has evolved and diversified, so also has the custodianship of the journal moved on into new hands. While the journal continues to be located in the Faculty of Education and Arts at the University of Newcastle it has moved to the School of Humanities located on the University's Ourimbah Campus.
